Abstract
Eliminating allergens within living rooms It is an important measure for prevention. and treats allergies with good results G-Life positive pressure air purifier uses the principle of air filtration and air purification in 4 steps, using ultraviolet rays to destroy. Microorganisms are the final step. before releasing clean air Entering a closed living room, free of fresh air. Allergens, dust and odors will flow. into the room to replace the polluted air and allergens in the air which will be driven out The type and amount of allergens in the air in the room, including plant pollen, mold spores, and bacteria, were examined before and after the operation of the G-Life positive pressure air purifier and compared with Air quality outside the room at various times after using the tool using Burkard Personal Volumetric Air Sampler and Burkard Air Sampler for Agar Plate and measuring air quality. It was found that the amount of plant pollen Fungal spores Bacteria in the air decreased by 60 percent 24 hours after using the machine. The amount of oxygen controlled to remain constant and not decrease relative humidity and the room temperature does not change The research results concluded that G-Life positive pressure air purifier can reduce the amount of substances. Significantly causes allergies in the air within living rooms. It can also increase the air quality within the room.
A Preliminary Report.
Efficacy of indoor aeroallergen reduction by Fresh Air Generator G-Life
Abstract
Avoidance and minimizing of allergic substances is the important principles to control and cure all allergic diseases. The principles of clean room air production by the Fresh Air Generator G-Life are the processes of the ambient air filtrations, deodorization and finally disinfection by the Ultraviolet light. Clean air is then blown into the room to replace the contaminated room air. To prove the efficacy of this patented Thai innovation, the aeroallergenic substances such as plant pollens, mold spores, bacteria was detected and counted using the Burkard Personal Volumetric Air Sampler and the Burkard Air Sampler for Agar Plate. Other important air quality is also recorded. The Fresh Air Generator G-Life room air treatment can reduce the number of the detected aeroallergens by 60 percent after 24 hours. The oxygen content in the room can be controlled at the fresh air level. The relative humidity and room temperature are not affected. This method of room air treatment is proved as an effective and useful procedure for minimizing the indoor aeroallergens and other pollution.
Introduction
Airborne allergens include pollen and mold spores. It is an important cause of allergies, followed by dust mites, insects, etc., which are allergens in the room. The main principles for treating allergies that are effective are: Eliminate and avoid Allergens: Various methods have been invented to reduce the amount of allergens, but the effectiveness is still not satisfactory.
The G-Life positive pressure air purifier is a system that removes air pollution by sucking in air from outside the room through a filtration process to remove coarse dust, absorb odors, and filter pollutants. Re-filter using ULPA filter, which can filter particles as small as 0.12 microns. Sterilized with ultraviolet rays. Then release the filtered air into the room to make the air inside. The room has increased air pressure. Instead of the original air being forced out of the room through doorways, windows, and various leaks all the time, it continuously eliminates pollution within the room.

Research methods
Step 1
Before installing the positive pressure air purifier, G-Life measures the amount of allergens in the air outside and inside the room at various locations at 0, 1, 3, 6, 9, 12, 18, 24 hours.
Step 2
2.1 After installing and operating the G-Life aerator, measure the amount of allergens in the air outside and inside the room at the same location at 0, 1, 3, 6, 9, 12, 18, 24 hours.
2.2 While using the G-Life aerator continuously, measure the amount of allergens in the air in the room at the same location at 0, 6, 12, 18, 24 hours for 3 consecutive days.
